What we needed was an all in one shop that we could trust mto manage our property, ensure the lawns were cut, pool was serviced guests were met at the property and checked in (and out!) and that all was good with the property. Get a handyman when we needed one, and know that our property was in good hands, safe and secure. Was it possible to get all of this supplied, yes of course it was, but not in one place. to buy all of these services in did not provide any benefit of scale, so it ended up becoming quite expensive.

If you already have a property manager, we can still help supply the ancillary services under one roof, and allow them to deal with your rentals, or if you do not have a pool but do have a lawns service you like to use, no problem, we will fill the gaps where necessary.
