With our inclusive service, and with our menu pricing your service fee is based on your property and your needs, not selected from a package which you may not use all of.
If you are renting your property out as a vacation home we know how nice it is to have someone check your guests in. It helps orientate your guests around the home and ensures the correct guests, correct numbers and any checks you, the property owner needs to be completed. Checking out a guest is equally important, ensuring they leave on time, and that everything is ship shape with your property is key.
We can offer services such as photographic evidence of issues post rental, confirmation your property is ready for next guests, changing locks / security codes for lockboxes etc and many more options, and these can be done ad-hoc when you want them. Call-out services are also available when we are keyholders, this can be for such items as alarms, guest issues (lost keys etc), property maintenance or any other solution you may need us to attend for.
